Terms Of Service

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason at any time.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to use the artwork exclusively for personal use unless we have agreed otherwise.
Once payment is confirmed, I will start the artwork. Payment must be sent in full beforehand unless discussed otherwise.
I own the copyright of any work created for you, including designs that I create. The only exceptions are if legal documentation stating otherwise is accepted or employment takes factor in the creation of the artwork. (You still own your own concepts though of course, but i have the copyright to the finished artwork itself)
I am allowed to post the artwork publically to other websites unless you request otherwise beforehand. Whether you would like a social media of yours to be linked in the post as well is up to you (You must provide the link)
If you require to use the artwork for commercial use, you must have a written agreement from myself as well as to pay a licensing fee to do so. This includes selling the artwork as a product or merchandising.
You are automatically allowed to use the artwork for personal use (Such as avatars/banners), but ONLY if credit is properly given. I would prefer you don't repost to other sites but you can as long as you link back to one of my accounts or my site.
You are NOT allowed to remove the watermark or trace the artwork.
You are eligible for a full refund if I have not yet started the work, other situations may also apply. If the work has already began you can only receive a 50% refund, you will be given what I currently had finished, with a large watermark over it.
You can ask for 1 major change and 2 minor changes during the middle of the process, and only during the sketch stage. Any further changes (or changes outside of the sketch stage) will incur a fee for each change. Some exceptions apply (like slight color tweaking or other simple things that dont involve redrawing)

I can do more than just what's listed here, the list is for convienence. If you want something completely custom (like a specific style, a doodle page, pixel art, logos, etc) you can come ask me about it and we can work out a price.
I can draw animals, humans/humanoids, monsters, simple robots, almost anything. I am also 100% okay with going out of my comfort zone and trying new things!
I can also do NSFW, but there will be an extra fee of 20% the final total, and I would rather it stay private unless agreed upon otherwise. (NSFW counts as anything explicitly sexual in nature, including 'sfw' kinks. Tasteful nudity does not count and will still cost the normal price)
